Boiler Temperature Differential Controller

USDT 2005 can serve as a boiler temperature differential controller. It is a microprocessor based temperature controller that regulates solar water heating systems.  A green LED illuminates when the supply temperature exceeds the return temperature by a programmable temperature difference (∆T.) Controller and pump are protected by a 3.15 A fast fuse.

To avoid overheating the storage tank, the pump stops when the return temperature reaches a programmable maximum temperature (TMAX).

USDT 2005 is a microprocessor based temperature differential controller. In the boiler control mode (L) the boiler circulation pump runs only when boiler temperature at S1 location is higher than the minimum set point dialer and the ∆T condition is satisfied.  
A green LED illuminates when the programmed conditions are satisfied and the pump is running. Controller and the pump are protected by a 3.15 A fast fuse.

Note: The maximum temperature dialer (max) serves as the minimum starting temperature.  User must change the switch position on the back of the circuit board to use the USDT 2005 as a boiler controller.
