The Bridges Center
Memphis, Tennessee
Summer 2004

The Bridges Center is a feat of architecture that is dynamic as well as educational in nature. The building spirals out of the earth at the entry way's water pool area, flows west into the amphitheatre, and then circles around and up the parking ramp of the north wing, where 100 VM tubes supply the buildings' hot water.

Two 120-gallon solar tanks store hot water heated by two independent VM arrays. Solar energy collection and freeze protection are controller by two USDT 2004 temperature differential controllers.
